People pay the extraordinary contribution on the energy sector
natural or legal persons covered by Article 7(3) and (4) and Article 7(2) and (1),
respectively, of article 8 of the RCESE approved by article 228 of Law no.
83-C/2013, of 31 December, which are part of the national energy sector at 1
January 2024.
