the previous year, when the amount exceeds € 500.00. In
spouses who are not separated or unmarried, in cases of
urban buildings for their own permanent dwelling, in which they have fixed
the respective domicile, the amount referred to shall apply to the entire tax payable to
even if the building is co-owned.
