The breadth of the Portugal 2030 notice plan

The variety of programmes immediately catches the eye. Firstly, Norte 2030 appears with 50 notices. Then Madeira 2030 and Centro 2030 join the list. However, People 2030 stands out, mobilising an incredible budget of 1.7 billion euros.

Compete2030 Programme

Innovation and the digital transition have a privileged place in the plan. The COMPETE 2030 programme offers 157 million euros. In addition, other calls for tender have already made 415 million available, consolidating the commitment to modernisation.

More than just figures, this plan sets a clear course for the future. The Ministry of the Presidency emphasises that entities can now plan their actions more effectively, ensuring an informed and efficient approach.

Serro & Andrade's vision

For Serro & Andrade, this plan represents more than an investment: it symbolises a vision. A further 165 notices are on their way by the end of the year, with a reinforcement of 2.2 billion euros, showing that Portugal is on the road to innovation.
