Access criteria and conditions

The following access criteria and conditions are required, to be met on the date the application is formalised:

_ develop a main economic activity included in the list of CAEs set out in Annex C of the aforementioned Ordinance
_ have had an application approved under the Apoiar.pt, Apoiar Restauração or Apoiar +Simples measures
_ being active (*)
_ have their situation regularised with regard to repayments under ESI funds
_ have their social security and tax situation regularised
_ has not been the subject of insolvency proceedings, under the terms of the Insolvency and Company Recovery Code (*)

(*) Proof of these conditions is made by submitting a declaration of compliance signed by the beneficiary on honour, and the remaining conditions are confirmed through the Balcão 2020's automatic procedures.

Nature and intensity of support

Non-repayable incentive:
The support to be awarded amounts to 10% of the final financial support calculated cumulatively for each beneficiary company in the Apoiar.pt, Apoiar Restauração and/or Apoiar +Simples measures of the APOIAR Programme.

If the budget allocated to this measure is not fully utilised from the support applications submitted, the unused amount will be redistributed proportionally among the applicant companies according to the support initially paid and received. However, each beneficiary company may not ultimately receive more than 50% of the value of the final support calculated cumulatively under the Apoiar.pt, Apoiar Restauração and/or Apoiar + Simples measures.
