The Internationalisation via E-commerce.

This support is aimed at implementing digital internationalisation strategies based on the implementation of technologies and processes associated with digital technologies.

Beneficiaries:

All companies can benefit SMEwith a valid electronic certificate and provided that they have a positive net worth in the full tax year prior to the year of application.

It is also a mandatory and essential condition that a Previous E-commerce diagnosiswith a final score of more than 20 points, which may be realised here.

Incentive rate:

50% non-refundable

Support:

  • €10,000 and €25,000 for projects falling under the "New Exporters" category;
    • E-commerce Diagnostic Results between 20 points and 75 points
  • €25,000 and €85,000 for projects falling under the "More Markets" category;
    • E-commerce Diagnostic Results equal to or greater than 75 points

Which Expenses are Eligible:

    • User-Centred Design (UX)Design, implementation and optimisation of digital strategies centred on the customer experience that maximise their attraction, interaction and conversion;
    • Design, implementation, optimisation of Web Content Management (WCM), Campaign Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) e E-commerce;
    • Creation of own online shopsregistration and optimisation of presence in marketplaces including subscription costs and membership fees for the duration of the project;
    • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) e Search Engine Advertising (SEA): improving the presence and ranking of e-commerce sites in search engine results for keywords relevant to the reputation and traffic of each site;
    • Social Media MarketingDesign, implementation and optimisation of presence and interaction with clients via social networks;
    • Content Marketingcreation and distribution of digital content (short text, long text, images, animations or videos) aimed at capturing the attention of and attracting target customers to the offers marketed by the company;
    • Display Advertisingplacing adverts for the company's offer on third-party sites, including search engine results pages;
    • Mobile Marketingtranslation of the strategies set out in the previous points to visualisation and customer interaction on mobile devices, particularly smartphones and tablets;
    • Business Intelligence and Web Analyticscollection, processing, analysis and visualisation of large volumes of data generated from customer browsing and interaction in a digital environment in order to identify patterns, correlations and relevant knowledge that will strengthen management and decision-making processes.
  • Technical staff costs directly involved in the implementation of the project, with evidence of competences/valences in e-commerce and digital marketing and corresponding to a minimum level of qualification VI (NQF).

Additional information:

  • the project will have to be carried out in 12 months;
  • applications are open up to the limit of the budget allocation, which is 4.5 million euros.
