Measures of extraordinary, temporary and transitional nature, at the level of citizen and business services to combat the outbreak of the COVID-19 of the COVID-19 virus.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, due to the nature of the activity developed in IEFP, IP, guidelines were drawn up within the scope of the functioning in local services, and under the terms of Order no. 3301-C/2020, of 15th March, the following was determined:
1 - In order to avoid unnecessary travel to the physical spaces of of the public services, the attendance with a purely informative purpose information is provided exclusively by telephone and online, with these responses being these responses will be reinforced.
2 – Face-to-face service to the public for non-informational purposes is is carried out by pre-bookingand is, as a rule, limited to services which cannot be provided electronically and to acts which are qualified as urgent.
